Tuesday

Location: CAL building, 1475 Anderson St, White Rock, BC V4B 0A8

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Communications Program (in person)

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Instructor-led Group Meeting (in person and Zoom)

2:30 PM – 4:00 PM Instructor-led Group Meeting (in person and Zoom)

Thursdays

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Peer-Led Group

Communications Program

We offer programs for stroke survivors with aphasia and apraxia, This includes Speech Language Pathology for those with acute needs.


Cognitive Rehabilitation

We offer weekly brain games and learning opportunities to help increase cognitive activity for stroke survivors.


Fitness Classes

Keeping an active lifestyle after stroke can yield tremendous benefits. Classes are led by certified fitness instructors.


Community Building

Whether you're a survivor, caregiver, family member or friend. We know how important it is to have a community. Check out our resources.
