Physical Fitness Therapy
At the White Rock South Surrey Stroke Recovery Association, we understand that maintaining an active lifestyle is pivotal for both stroke recovery and prevention.
Our fitness programs, led by certified instructors, are thoughtfully designed to engage and challenge you to accommodate varying levels of mobility and fitness at your own pace.

Strength & Balance
Our weekly strength and balance class is designed for stroke survivors of all abilities. Whether seated or standing, stroke survivours use balls, bands, and weights to improve muscle strength, balance, and mobility. Exercises are modified to fit each person's capability.
